Angry Orchard Crisp Apple Hard Cider
Ingredients for Sorbet
1/2 cup of Califia Farms Horchata Cinnamon Almond Milk
1/4 cup of Angry Orchard Crisp Apple Hard Cider (or any hard cider of your choice)
Blend all ingredients in a Vitamix or any blender will work then chill liquid for 8 hours or overnight. Transfer ingredients to ice cream/sorbet mixer attachment for stand mixer. Mix on low for 7-12 minutes or until you have reached your desired consistency then transfer immediately to freezer safe container, I used an ice cream carton. Freeze Sorbet for 2 hours and leave out a few minutes before serving. If you do not have an ice cream maker this can also be done in your Vitamix per your Vitamix’s instructions.
